Where do you ship from?
Our products are shipped from Hong Kong to our warehouse in Chicago, Illinois, then to the comfort of your home.
Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure prompt delivery, please make any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests after this window has closed. However, once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal for secure, hassle-free transactions.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, with shipments going out the following business day. Note that we do not ship on weekends, and processing times may extend during holidays or busy periods.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically arrive within 7 to 16 days, depending on your location and current demand.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Our prices are tax-free in US Dollars; however, you may be responsible for duties and taxes once your order arrives. These charges are imposed by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more details.
How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us immediately at support@barloma.com with your order number, photographs of the items, and any other relevant information. We strive to resolve any issues with incorrect, damaged, or defective items as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or you cancel the order. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer for information on when the credit will be posted to your account. If you experience delays, contact your bank or card issuer as processing times can vary.
